· The products we have specialized and excelled in over the years include: Orthopedic Implants and Instruments, Valve components, Medical devices, Bushings, Bearings, and too many more to mention.
· We have developed our own proprietary tooling and processes to machine plastics without the use of coolants, thus achieving finishes superior to our competitors, and without contamination.
· Machining operations and services we perform: milling, drilling, turning, threading, tapping, boring, grooving, blending, polishing, deburring, engraving, broaching, fabricating, assembling, slotting, cutting, chamfering, knurling, grinding, sawing, and many more.
· We also work with the customer in designing or reverse-engineering applications, from concept through completion.
· With the technical advances in plastics, many components previously made from metals are now being converted to plastic because of lightness, durability, and/or cost savings.
· We are capable of holding tolerances of .0001 or better.
· Most of the parts we machine are small by nature, however, we have the capacity to machine up to the following sizes:
Milling: 15" X 28" X 15" ~ Turning: up to 12" in diameter.
